Levels on the River Thames are expected to be high as a result of spring tides. The forecast high tide at London Bridge will be 4.50mAOD at 15:15 GMT on Thursday 21st February Flooding of low-lying roads and footpaths is expected at these times, although conditions may exist for one to two hours either side of high tide. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for Custom House (EC3R), Narrow Street (E14), Mayflower and Angel pubs (SE16), Royal Naval College riverfront, the Almshouse Slipway at Crane Street (SE10), Bankside by the Tate Modern (SE1), and Three Mill Island (E3). Flooding of properties is not expected. Please take care in these areas of concern. We are continually monitoring the situation. Astronomical tide levels peak today. The river flow at Teddington Weir is normal for this time of year at 62 cubic metres per second and is steady. We anticipate the flows to remain normal for the next few days.
