Local flooding from groundwater is possible in parts of Dorset and Wiltshire and possible but not expected in other parts of the South of England until today (Friday). Local flooding is possible but not expected from coastal/tidal in parts of Norfolk today (Friday). Lands, roads and some properties may flood and there may be travel disruption.

The coastal/tidal flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.

Minor tidal/coastal impacts are possible but not expected today (Friday) in the Norfolk Broads due to tide locking coinciding with surge.

The surface water flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.

Groundwater

The groundwater flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.

Minor groundwater flooding impacts are possible in parts of Dorset and Wiltshire (see Specific Areas of Concern Map) and possible but not expected in other parts of the South of England until today (Friday).

The level of the ongoing disruption caused by groundwater flooding in the South of England is not forecast to get worse, the flooding is being managed and awareness is high. Consequently the groundwater flood risk will remain as VERY LOW from Saturday.
