Groundwater levels are high, but slowly falling. In the last week, the weather has been dry. At Lopcombe, the level peaked on Wednesday 12/03/2025 and has since fallen by 50cm. In Over Wallop, land and gardens may experience minor ponding of water. From today (17/03/2025) to Friday (21/03/2025), only small amounts of rain are forecast. Groundwater levels are expected to continue falling slowly. If mostly dry weather is forecast next week, this Flood Alert will be removed. We continue to monitor the forecast. We advise residents to remain prepared for the possibility of further flooding impacts in the coming weeks. We will update this Flood Alert by 18:00 on Monday 24/03/2025.
