During Sunday some local flooding is possible but not expected from rivers across parts of the north of England. This is due to rainfall during Sunday morning combined with snowmelt. Land and roads may flood, and there may be some travel disruption.

River levels remain high in parts of Wales and the Midlands following recent rain and snowmelt, although any flooding impacts are expected to be minimal.

Further rain will combine with snowmelt across areas of high ground in the north of England on Sunday, with some minor impacts from river flooding possible but not expected.

The overall river flood risk remains VERY LOW.

The coastal flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.

The surface water flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.

Groundwater

The groundwater flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.
