The forecast flood risk across England and Wales for today and the next four days is very low. Disruption to travel and flooding of isolated properties from surface water and river flooding is possible but not expected on Tuesday, especially in urban areas, across England and Wales.

The river flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days. Minor impacts are possible but not expected on Tuesday with the potential for thundery downpours to cause rapid river response, especially in small, urban catchments across England and Wales.

Coastal

The coastal/tidal flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days despite a period of high astronomical tides this weekend.

Surface

The surface water flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days. Minor impacts are possible but not expected on Tuesday with the potential for thundery downpours to cause surface water flooding especially in urban areas across England and Wales.

Groundwater

The groundwater flood risk is VERY LOW for the next five days.
