Fareham to Portchester

Warning no longer in force

The unsettled weather which brought strong winds and elevated tide levels along the south coast has now passed. Last night’s tide at Portsmouth (23:32 on Thursday 24/11/2022) was recorded at 5.13m Chart Datum (2.40 mAOD). This was not as high as we expected. Over the next week, tide levels are significantly lower than last night (24/11/2022). We are not expecting further impacts as a result.
