Flood warning

High spring tides are expected to cause large waves and spray overtopping on the coast tomorrow morning (30/09/2023). Areas most at risk include Properties along the Humber in the Kilnsea, Skeffling and Weeton areas. Flooding is possible along the Humber in the Kilnsea, Skeffling and Weeton areas at 5:45AM to 07:30AM on 30/09/2023. We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this warning for subsequent tides if necessary. Please stay away from beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as the expected large waves and sea spray will be dangerous. This message will be updated by 10am on 30/09/2023, or as the situation changes.
