High tides, strong winds and large waves are expected to cause flooding this evening. Flooding is expected from 17:00 to 23:00 on 22/01/2026. Locations most affected will be the north side of the dock area, properties on Harbour Road and the Floral Pavilion. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 9:00AM on 23 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
