High tides are predicted over the next few days into the weekend. Winds over this period are generally forecast to be between force 5 to force 7 from a South-South Westerly direction. Offshore waves are likely to be moderate in size. High water levels are likely to be experienced at all locations around the coast, affecting low lying land and roads. At sites exposed to wave action minor wave and spray overtopping is possible. Be careful on beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths, roads, and low-lying land. We will update this message as the situation changes.
