Flooding is possible from the early hours of 23 January 2026 .
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers.
We are not planning on closing Rothbury floodgates, however we are closely monitoring the situation.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
