The risk of flooding from the River Lee has now reduced and levels have fallen below that of concern. No further flooding to fields and roads is expected, however there may be standing water on low lying land and roads seen for several days. Some rainfall from this morning, Saturday 16 January, is still making its way through the river system which may see river levels rise again slightly in places. We are constantly monitoring river levels and will re-issue this flood alert if required.
