High river levels may lead to flooding this evening. Flooding is possible from this evening, 22/01/2026 and into tomorrow. Locations most affected will be The River Foulness and the Market Weighton Canal and their tributaries. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. This message will be updated by 9:00AM on 23 Janaury 2026 or as the situation changes.
