Flood warning

River levels are rising at the Tenbury river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected to continue. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads at Eardiston including the A443 at Eastham. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until Friday 22/01/21. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences and liaising with emergency services. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated by 6pm today 21/01/21, or as the situation changes.
