This flood warning remains in force due to continuing high river levels on Roam Drain at Hempholme pumping station as a result of recent rainfall. Pumping continues at Hempholme pumping station but the drain levels remain high. Consequently, there is a risk of flooding to low lying land and property in the Hempholme area. The area most at risk is Hempholme. We expect river levels to remain high on Thursday 21/11/19 and over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation and the forecast. This message will be updated in 8 hours, or as the situation changes. See the GOV.UK website for a 5 day flood forecast.
