The prevailing weather forecast, along with very high tides means that flooding from the sea is expected. Flooding is possible to low-lying, roads and properties, particularly Newton St, Quay St, South Beach and North Beach.The highest risk is either side of the high tide on Friday 17th April at 07:30 [BST].
