WARNING UPDATE. Flooding is expected in Aberfoyle. Act now.
River levels are now falling and Lochard Road in Aberfoyle is currently passable. There may still be residual water on roads in the area so take extra care. Further rain is forecast throughout today which will cause river levels to rise again this afternoon. The current forecast is that the river will remain lower than it was overnight but there could be impacts to Lochard Road again late Sunday afternoon. SEPA is currently monitoring the situation and will issue updates as the situation changes.
