WARNING UPDATE. Flooding is expected in Aberlour, Craigellachie and Dandaleith. Act now.
Water levels on the River Spey are high following heavy rain on Sunday night and Monday morning. Although conditions improved for a time on Monday afternoon, more rain is affecting the Spey river catchment overnight on Monday night and into Tuesday which will cause the river level to rise again, and potentially rise to higher levels than it reached on Monday. Agricultural land is at risk of flooding along the Spey Valley around Aberlour, Craigellachie and Dandaleith. Low lying properties and roads are also at risk of flooding.
