Flooding possible. Be prepared.
A FLOOD ALERT UPDATE has been issued for Ayrshire and Arran.
This alert is for coastal flooding. Due to a combination of high tides, surge, and large waves, there is a risk of flooding from waves and spray overtopping to low lying areas in the Firth of Clyde on Saturday and Sunday.
Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. Advice and information is available on our website or by calling Floodline on 0345 988 1188.
This FLOOD ALERT UPDATE is now in force until further notice.
