Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Northern Moor river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of low lying land, roads and farmland is expected today, 01/01/2025. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for properties between the Bridgewater Canal and Wythenshaw Rd.
Our incident response staff are closely monitoring weather forecasts and river levels and will issue further flood warnings if necessary.
