Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected on 26 January 2026 through to 27 January 2026.
Heavy rainfall has caused river levels to rise, with further bands of heavy rain forecast overnight and into Tuesday morning.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around midnight on Monday. The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Mill Road, New Road, Station Road and Tregonning Court. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between midnight and 03:00 on Tuesday morning, though we expect the river to remain high throughout the day.
