Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this afternoon.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the By Brook, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around The Street and Water Lane in Castle Combe.
Further flooding is expected this afternoon as river levels are rising due to rainfall.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and checking rivers for blockages.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
