This flood warning for Cod Beck at Thirsk remains in force as river levels have risen as a result of heavy rainfall associated with Storm Christoph. Consequently, flooding of property is possible. Areas most at risk are Finkle Street and Riverside Mews. No further significant rainfall is expected today, Thursday 21/01/2021. Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the situation and the forecast. Please put your flood plan into action and activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers. This message will be updated in 8 hours, or as the situation changes.
