Flooding possible. Be prepared.
Property flooding is not currently expected.
River levels are rising on The Cut, as a result of heavy rainfall, especially in the The Binghams area. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is possible this afternoon.
Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours, with some localised heavier rainfall in some areas. We are monitoring the situation.
Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses.
Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
This message will be updated by tomorrow morning, 26/02/25, or as the situation changes.
