High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rain falling in the area will continue overnight.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 01:30 AM. The main areas of concern are Brunswick Place, Brookdale Terrace and Station Road will start to flood first. Further flooding is expected at Piermont Place and Brook Street from as river levels rise. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 01:00 AM and 03:00 AM.
