River levels are rising due to recent rainfall.

Property flooding is expected near the River Dee, particularly around properties along the English River Dee in Farndon.
Townfield Lane is likely to remain cut off.

More rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours.

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.

We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels.
