he River Blackadder will continue to rise during Saturday evening and into the early hours of Sunday. There is a risk to low-lying agricultural land from Greenlaw to Allanton from the River Blackadder.For information: Scottish Borders Councils nearest local sandbag store is located at the Fire Station on Newtown Street in Duns.
