Warning no longer in force

The flood warning has been removed. Groundwater levels are still high. Some minor roads still have flood water across them, however the risk to motorists and property is now reduced. The forecast is for a more settled spell of weather. Continue to take care on roads as road surfaces may have been damaged. Do not attempt to drive through floodwater, as bow waves may affect adjacent properties.

We do not expect further flooding and the flood alert has been removed. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and re-issue this warning if necessary.
