This groundwater flood alert has been removed. Groundwater levels have continued to decline at our observation site, Tile Barn Farm borehole, in the Basingstoke and Sherbourne St John areas following a period of dry weather. There is potential for levels to increase again if we receive heavy rainfall in the next few weeks. We will continue to monitor groundwater levels closely and will re-issue the groundwater flood alert if necessary.
