Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels on Wednesday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 22 October 2025 from 19:30 as intense (but uncertain) rainfall is forecast.
Up to 40mm of rain could occur, but there is low confidence in location. If as much rain falls as predicted, then flooding could be possible. Flooding could affect roads, and approach a small number of properties on Stonehouse Drive, Hollington Old Lane, Blackman Avenue and Coventry Road. River levels could possibly peak higher than on Monday. Rain is forecast to continue until Thursday afternoon (23/10/2025). River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce in Hastings by 13:00 23/10/2025.
We are closely monitoring the situation clearing debris screens including Stonehouse Drive.
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have Install flood protection products on Stonehouse Drive.
