Flood warning

High tides are expected to cause flooding this morning.
Flooding is expected from 10:15 AM on 25 October 2026.
Locations most affected will be Marine Point Leisure and Retail Park. We do not anticipate the next high tide later this evening, 25 October 2026, to meet the flood alert threshold. We are expecting higher than normal high tides over the next 2 days, and a result, we may issue further flood alerts and flood warnings.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
This message will be updated by 5:00PM on Sunday 25 October or as the situation changes.
