Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides overnight may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from 12:30 AM until 2:00 AM on 05 April 2026.
Flooding is possible due to overtopping at Wallasey Embankment and Kings Parade. Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads at the head of the Wirral from Hoylake to New Brighton, including parts of Leasowe and Wallasey.
No further flooding is expected after this tide.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, which may be flooded .
