Flooding possible. Be prepared.
A FLOOD ALERT has been issued for Lochmaddy.
The prevailing weather forecast, along with very high tides and surge means that flooding from the sea is possible. Flooding is possible to low-lying land, roads and properties in Lochmaddy. The highest risk is either side of the evening high tide, which at Lochmaddy on 09/09/2025 is at 20:30 BST.
