Flooding is possible from the evening of 22 January 2026 .
Locations most affected will be land around the Lower River Nidd and its tributaries including Sand Beck, Sike Beck, Pool Beck and Great Gutter.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
