Flooding expected. Take action now.
Flooding is expected over the high tide on Sunday evening. High water at Ilfracombe is at 7:24pm. Times of high water will vary along the coast.
High astronomical tides and Force 5 West North Westerly winds combined with offshore wave heights of up to 3m are forecast to cause flooding to properties.
Large waves and spray are likely so take care near coastal paths and promenades. This may cause localised standing water on roads. Do not drive through flood water or waves.
Locations particularly at risk include Molesworth Street, Harbour Road, Eddystone Road, Southern Way and Trevilling Road.
Further Flood Warnings are expected through this period of high tides and we are continuing to monitor the situation and will issue updates as necessary.
