The River Tay is high in the area. High tide in Perth is at around 17:50 and the river level will remain high during this time. The Perth FloodPrevention Scheme is being activated. There is arisk to basement properties from water ingress whilst the river remains high. Businesses with basement properties are advised to check for wateringress and surface water issues. There may alsobe local surface water runoff and drainage issues while the River Tay in Perth is high.
