Flooding expected. Take action now.
Strong winds and spring tides may cause large waves and spray overtopping on the coast throughout the morning. Flooding is expected at Properties on Riverside Road and Garden Terrace, and at Sawmill Cottage tomorrow between 03:45 AM and 06:00 AM on 07/11/2021. Flooding is possible 2 to 4 hours either side of this time. We are expecting higher than normal tides over the weekend and as a result we may issue further alerts/warnings for subsequent tides on Sunday, 07/11/2021. We will continue to work with emergency services and local authorities and to keep closely monitoring the situation.
Residents are strongly urged to take action now. Remain safe and be aware of your surroundings. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one
