Flooding expected. Take action now.
High tides, strong winds and large waves are expected to cause flooding this evening. Flooding is expected from 16:30 to 22:30 today 05/02/2026. Locations most affected will be the sea front (A174) and properties adjacent to the road. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded and large waves could be dangerous. This message will be updated by 09:00 on 06/02/26 or as the situation changes.
