Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

This Flood Warning has been issued due to the high tide, strong winds and wave overtopping forecast at 3:15 PM on 08/04/2024.
Flooding is expected at properties at Harbour Road, Chapel Row, North Street and Monks House between 3:15 PM and 5:15 PM on 08/04/2024.
We are expecting higher than normal tides over the next 3 days and as a result we may issue further alerts or warnings.
Our incident rooms are open and we are closely monitoring the situation.
Please stay away from beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as the expected large waves and sea spray will be dangerous. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
This message will be updated by 7:00 PM on 08/04/2024, or as the situation changes.
