Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from 15:00hrs to 21:00hrs on 25/10/2026.
This is due to high tides, strong winds and large waves. Flooding at the coast and overtopping waves is possible in the coming days due to strong winds associated with storm Bolelo and high astronomical tides. Locations most affected will be coastal roads, footpaths and foreshore areas.
We are closely monitoring the situation and may issue flood warnings.
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded. stay away from promenades where wave and spray overtopping is possible
This message will be updated by 10:00PM on Sunday 25 October or as the situation changes.
