River levels remain high but are beginning to fall at the Retford Grove Lane river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding continues. Areas most at risk are properties at Grove Lane and Blackstope Lane. Trent Street and Chesterfield Drive may also be at risk. Grove Lane will become impassable.
No further rainfall is forecast.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
