Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high at the Evesham river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently the risk of flooding remains. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in Pershore and Wick including the Bridge Street area.
Evesham peaked at 3.53m overnight Friday 09/02/24.
We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. No further significant rain is currently forecast over the next few days but we are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with Local Authorities. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
This message will be updated by 10am tomorrow, Sunday 11/02/2024, or as the situation changes.
