River levels have risen on the River Calder and Walsden Water as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is expected this evening 28/07/2019. Further heavy rainfall is forecast this evening.
We are closely monitoring the situation and our Leeds Incident Room is open. Please stay aware of your surroundings and do not put yourself at risk. The Todmorden siren has been sounded. This message will be updated later this evening 28/07/19, or as the situation changes.
