Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels have risen as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Areas most at risk are properties in the Calder View and Steanard Lane area.
We expect river levels to remain high throughout this afternoon, 20/02/2022.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the forecast.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. Consider taking appropriate steps to prepare for possible flooding, such as moving things upstairs and getting flood protection equipment ready to put in place.
This message will be updated by 10pm on 20/02/2022, or as the situation changes.
