Flood warning

River levels have risen at the Flint Mill river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected today Monday 06/01/25. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast. Please avoid contact with flood water and call 999 if in immediate danger. This message will be updated by Monday afternoon 06/01/25, or as the situation changes
