The River Don at Kilnhurst is currently peaking. Levels here will remain high, falling slowly throughout today. The alert for the wider area remains in force. We are closely monitoring the situation from our Incident Room which is still open. Please be aware that there may still be standing water and debris around so remain aware of your surroundings when in this area. If you have been affected by flooding call the Incident Hotline on 0800 80 70 60.
