Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels on the River Esk remian high in response to ongoing rainfall associated with Storm Darragh. Flooding is expected early this morning 08/12/2024. Areas most at risk include properties along Arncliffe Terrace and Underhill. Further rainfall is forecast into Sunday and river levels are expected to remain high. We are closely monitoring the situation. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 10:30am on 08/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
