River Frome at Brimscombe and Thrupp

Warning no longer in force

River levels are falling, but still pose a flood risk. The Flood Warning for the area has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land. The forecast is unsettled for the next few days, and we expect river levels to remain high. We continue to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are checking the condition of defences. Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
