Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are high in response to recent heavy rainfall. Flooding is still possible for the next few days while the rivers drain away from high peak levels. Areas most at risk are Mill Road in Whitfield, Turweston Mill, and Mill Lane, Buckingham Road, Boundary Road, Willow Road and Shires Road in Brackley.
The forecast is for dry weather for the next two days. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation and will update this message by 5pm today, Saturday 28 September 2024.
