Flood warning

River levels are high and steady and will be responsive to further rainfall. Flooding is still possible for the next few days while the rivers drain away from high peak levels. Areas most at risk are Skipper Way, Red Admiral Court, Marbled White Court, Hayling Walk and Gordon Road in Little Paxton and River Lane in Great Paxton. The forecast is further rainfall throughout today and tomorrow, which will keep levels high. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation and will update this message by 10am tomorrow, Wednesday 02/10/24.
