River levels remain high but are beginning to fall after recent rainfall. Flooding is possible on 28th February 2026. Areas most at risk are those around the River Great Ouse from Brackley to Thornborough, including Padbury Brook. We are not expecting the situation to escalate, or to issue any further warning messages at this time. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 10:00am on Sunday 01 March 2026 or as the situation changes.
